I, KRUNO KUKOC, Delegate of the Minister for Immigration and Citizenship, acting under paragraph 1211(3)(ab), of Schedule 1 to the Migration Regulations 1994 (‘the Regulations’):

REVOKE Instrument number IMMI 09/034, signed on 27 April 2009, specifying post office address and courier delivery address for the purposes of paragraph 1211(3)(ab) of Schedule 1 to the Regulations.
