By courier or in person: Department of Immigration and Citizenship, Wellington Central, Level 3, 836 Wellington Street, WEST PERTH WA 6005

This replaces the previous addresses that were in place since July 2008.

SPECIFICATION OF ADDRESSES

(PARAGRAPH 1217(3)(a))

I, CHRIS EVANS, Minister for Immigration and Citizenship, acting under paragraph 1217(3)(a) of Schedule 1 to the Migration Regulations 1994 (‘the Regulations’):

REVOKE Instrument IMMI 08/045, signed on 12 July 2008, specifying post office box address and address for courier delivery for the purposes of paragraph 1217(3)(a) of Schedule 1 to the Regulations.
SPECIFY the following address as the post office box address for the purposes of subparagraph 1217(3)(a)(i):

Department of Immigration and Citizenship

NORTHBRIDGE WA 6865

SPECIFY the following address as the address for courier or hand delivery for the purposes of subparagraph 1217(3)(a)(ii):

Department of Immigration and Citizenship
