I, CHRIS EVANS, Minister for Immigration and Citizenship, acting under paragraph 1212B(3)(a) of Schedule 1 to the Migration Regulations 1994 (‘the Regulations’):

REVOKE Instrument IMMI 08/044, signed on 12 July 2008, specifying post office box address and address for courier delivery for the purposes of paragraph 1212B(3)(a) of Schedule 1 to the Regulations.

SPECIFY the following address as the post office box address for the purposes of subparagraph 1212B(3)(a)(i):
