Commonwealth legislation
This Act has been repealed and is no longer in force. It is retained for historical reference.
This instrument tells visa applicants where to physically send their application forms for a specific temporary visa (the Extended Eligibility Temporary visa, also called Class TK).
What it does:
Who it affects: People already in Australia who are applying for an Extended Eligibility Temporary visa.
Why it matters: If you use the wrong address or send a courier delivery to the PO Box (or vice versa), your visa application might not be accepted. This ensures your paperwork reaches the right office using the correct delivery method.
This is purely administrative—it updates the postal details without changing any rules about who qualifies for the visa or how decisions are made.
