Commonwealth legislation
This Act has been repealed and is no longer in force. It is retained for historical reference.
This instrument temporarily classifies Red Cross and Red Crescent delegates as a distinct visa category under the Business (Subclass 600) stream to permit entry for the General Assembly and Council of Delegates meeting in Sydney (9–19 November 2013). It affects international delegates and Subclass 600 applicants for that event and provided the legal basis for streamlined visa entry while in force (5 July–1 December 2013).
