Plain English Summary

1/10 complexity

This instrument lets Iranian passport holders who currently hold a Work and Holiday (subclass 462) visa apply for a subsequent 462 visa from within Australia.

It affects eligible Iranian visa-holders who meet the usual requirements (including being physically in Australia) and matters because, without it, they would have to leave and apply from overseas.
