Commonwealth legislation
This Act has been repealed and is no longer in force. It is retained for historical reference.
This instrument revokes two prior immigration health instruments (from 2007 and 2013), removing the old lists of approved medical providers and the specified visa medical tests. It does not introduce new requirements; the revoked rules cease on 26 July 2014. Visa applicants and health providers must consult whatever new or consolidated instruments replace them to know current medical-check and provider requirements.
