(SUBPARAGRAPH 1222(1)(A)(ii))

 

 

I, CHRIS EVANS, Minister for Immigration and Citizenship, acting under subparagraph 1222(a)(ii) of the Migration Regulations 1994 (‘the Regulations’), make this instrument.

 

This Instrument, IMMI 08/072, commences on the day after registration on the Federal Register of Legislative Instruments.
