6 Other duties of migration agents
(1) This instrument is not an exhaustive statement of the duties of migration agents under Commonwealth law. (2) This instrument is not intended to apply to the exclusion of a law of a State or a Territory that imposes duties on a migration agent (whether in the migration agent’s capacity as a migration agent or in any other capacity) to the extent to which that law is capable of operating concurrently with this instrument.
