37 Duty to arrange access to interpreters
(1) A migration agent must arrange for an appropriately qualified interpreter to assist a client in the client’s dealings with the agent if the client requests such assistance. (2) To avoid doubt, subsection (1) does not prevent the client from being required to pay for the assistance.
