28 Duty to notify Authority and clients of material changes in matters shown in Register

A migration agent must give written notice to: (a) the Authority; and (b) all current clients of the agent; within 14 days after becoming aware of a material change in a matter that is shown in the Register of Migration Agents in respect of the agent.
