27 Duty to hold professional indemnity insurance
A migration agent must: (a) hold professional indemnity insurance of a kind prescribed by section 33 of the Migration Agents Regulations 2026; or (b) be a director, employee or member of an organisation that holds professional indemnity insurance of such a kind.
