14 Duty to treat all persons with appropriate respect

(1) A migration agent must treat all persons with appropriate respect. (2) In particular, a migration agent must not: (a) harass or coerce any person; or (b) engage in unconscionable conduct targeted at another person; or (c) without limiting paragraph (b), victimise a person on the basis of the person’s status under the migration law. (3) For the purposes of paragraph (2)(b), it does not matter whether conduct is targeted at another person directly or indirectly.
