12 Meaning of responsible migration agent
Each of the following is a responsible migration agent in relation to a service agreement: (a) each migration agent who gives, or has given, immigration assistance under the agreement; (b) if no immigration assistance has yet been given under the agreement—each migration agent who signs the agreement.
