11 Meaning of related by employment
For the purposes of this instrument, an individual is related by employment to another individual if the first individual: (a) is related by employment to the other individual for the purposes of Part 3 of the Act; or (b) would be related by employment to the other individual for the purposes of that Part if, in section 278 of the Act, employee included a person engaged as a volunteer.
