9 Making an application in the Approved Destination Status stream

For subitem 1236(1) of Schedule 1 to the Regulations, for each kind of applicant described in Column A of the table in Schedule 4, the approved form is specified in the corresponding row in Column B; For item 4 of the table in subitem 1236(6) of Schedule 1 to the Regulations, for each kind of applicant described in Column A of the table in Schedule 4, the place and manner for making an application is specified in the corresponding row in Column C; and For item 3 of the table in subitem 1236(6) of Schedule 1 to the Regulations, the travel agents in Schedule 5 are specified.
