9 Determining whether certain occupations apply to a nominee
(1) For the purposes of paragraph 2.72(9)(d) of the Regulations, the following table sets out the circumstances for determining whether certain occupations listed in column 1 of an item of the Short‑term Skilled Occupation List, the Medium and Long‑term Strategic Skills List or the Regional Occupation List apply to a nominee.
