Plain English Summary

2/10 complexity

What this instrument does: It specifies which professional year courses count as a 'professional year' under the Migration Regulations. The instrument names three provider-run programs for IT, accounting and engineering graduates and repeals an earlier instrument.

Who it affects and why it matters: Graduates who rely on a recognised professional year for migration purposes, and the named course providers, because completion of these listed programs is treated as satisfying the Regulations' 'professional year' requirement.
