9H General
(1) The Minister: (a) may approve a person as an approved provider of an approved activity; and (b) may revoke the person’s approval if the person fails to comply with the conditions to which the approval is subject.
Note: Person includes an individual and other persons such as a business entity.
(2) The Minister may consider approving a person only on application by the person.
