9F Assessment before decision
(1) If the Minister: (a) considers approving an activity at the request of the provider of the activity; and (b) assesses the activity; the Minister may charge the provider a fee, specified by the Minister in an instrument in writing for this subregulation, for performing the assessment. (2) If the Minister: (a) considers approving an activity otherwise than at the request of the provider of the activity; and (b) assesses the activity; and (c) specifies the activity as an approved activity; the Minister may charge the provider a fee, specified by the Minister in an instrument in writing for this subregulation, for performing the assessment.
