1  Name

  This instrument is the Migration (Australian Values Statement for Public Interest Criterion 4019) Instrument 2025.

2  Commencement

  This instrument commences on the day after registration.

3  Authority

  This instrument is made under clause 3.1 of Part 3 of Schedule 4 to the Migration Regulations 1994.

4  Definitions

  In this instrument:

Regulations means the Migration Regulations 1994.

5  Application

  This instrument applies in relation to an application for a visa that is made on or after the commencement of this instrument, if the application is for a subclass of visa that is mentioned in a table in Schedule 1.

6  Schedules

  Each instrument that is specified in a Schedule to this instrument is amended or repealed as set out in the applicable items in the Schedule concerned, and any other item in a Schedule to this instrument has effect according to its terms.

7  Values statement for specified subclasses of visas

 (1) For the subclasses of visas mentioned in table 1 in Schedule 1, the statement under Part 1 of Schedule 2 is approved as the values statement.

 (2) For the subclasses of visas mentioned in table 2 in Schedule 1, the statement under Part 1 of Schedule 2, combined with the statement under Part 2 of that Schedule, is approved as the values statement.
