This instrument sets the approved forms and the ways people must lodge Subclass 192 (Pacific Engagement) visa applications. It requires online applicants to use ImmiAccount and allows others to submit a paper form by email to an address given in a written notice (see s.5). It affects applicants and the Department by shifting where and how applications are received, changing compliance steps and where control over receipt and authorisation sits (see ss.4–5, s.3).
