9U Delegation
(1) The Minister may, in writing, delegate to an APS employee in the Department any or all of the Minister’s functions and powers under this Part, other than a power to make, vary or revoke a legislative instrument. (2) In performing functions and exercising powers under a delegation, the delegate must comply with any directions of the Minister.
