#### 9M Application for approval as CPD provider (1) A person may apply to the Minister for approval as a CPD provider. (2) The application must be: (a) in the form approved in writing by the Minister; and (b) accompanied by the fee specified by the Minister in an instrument in writing for the purposes of this paragraph. (3) A fee specified in an instrument made under paragraph (2)(b) may be nil.
