9 Complaints
For paragraph 316(1)(c) of the Act, any person or body may make a complaint, including: (a) a client of the registered migration agent; (b) an official; (d) an employee of the Authority; (e) a parliamentarian; (f) a tribunal or court; (g) a community organisation; (h) the Department.
Note: The terms official and parliamentarian are defined in s 275 of the Act.
