3XAApplication for repeat registration

#### 3XA Application for repeat registration (1) An individual who applies for repeat registration must, if requested to do so by the Authority, give the Authority a statement in writing setting out the average fees charged by the individual, as a registered migration agent, during the period specified in the request. (2) The request: (a) must be made in writing; and (b) may be included in a form approved under regulation 11 for use in making applications for registration; and (c) must not specify a period that starts earlier than 3 years before the individual’s application for repeat registration.
