3V Information on the Register of Migration Agents

For paragraph 287(2)(i) of the Act, the following matters are prescribed: (aa) the registered migration agent’s migration agent registration number; (a) the registered migration agent’s facsimile number; (b) the registered migration agent’s web site address; (c) the registered migration agent’s postal address; (d) the registered migration agent’s e‑mail address; (da) the registered migration agent’s association with the business shown on the Register; (e) if a decision has been made under section 303 of the Act to caution the registered migration agent, or to suspend or cancel the registered migration agent’s registration: (i) particulars of any application for review lodged by the agent against the decision; and (ii) particulars of any order by the Administrative Review Tribunal or a court to stay the decision.
