11 Approved forms
(1) The Authority may, in writing, approve forms for: (a) use in making an application for registration; or (b) any other purpose authorised or required by these Regulations. (2) Each of the following is an approved form: (a) a paper form; (b) an interactive computer program that is made available at an Internet site operated under the authority of the Authority.
