MIGRATION AGENTS

(CONTINUING PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT –

MISCELLANEOUS ACTIVITIES)

MARA NOTICE MN48-07f OF 2007

The Migration Agents Registration Authority, acting under clause 3 of Schedule 1 to the Migration Agents Regulations 1998:

1. REVOKES the notice entitled Migration Agents (Continuing Professional Development – Miscellaneous Activities) MARA Notice MN42-07f of 2007, published on 16/10/2007; and

2. SPECIFIES the miscellaneous activity described in column 2 in the Schedule as an approved activity for the purposes of that clause where the provider or nature of the activities, and the status, points and level set out in Columns 3 to 6 (inclusive) are satisfied.

This notice has effect on and from 1 April 1998.
