Plain English Summary

2/10 complexity

Registered migration agents must meet annual continuing professional development (CPD) to keep their licence; this notice updates those rules by formally approving attendance at seminars, workshops, conferences and lectures as CPD-eligible. It also classifies approved events as either core or elective and assigns each a point value listed in a separate schedule, so agents know which activities count toward their yearly CPD requirement.
