(1) This clause applies to the following land at Piambong—
(a) Lot 4, DP 271077, 166 Lesters Lane,
(b) Lot 5, DP 271077, 174 Lesters Lane,
(c) Lot 6, DP 271077, 180 Lesters Lane,
(d) Lot 8, DP 271077, 200 Lesters Lane.
(2) Development for the purposes of a dwelling house is permitted with development consent.
