6 Memorandum and articles of Company
(1) The memorandum of association of the Company on its incorporation is to include the principal objective of the Company.
(1A) [Section 6 Subsection (1A) inserted by No. 18 of 2025, s. 36, Applied:01 Jan 2026] As soon as practicable after the commencement of this subsection, the Company is to amend its articles of association to include provisions to the effect of the provisions specified in Schedule 1 .
(2) The provisions of the memorandum and articles of association of the Company on its incorporation are to be consistent with this Act.
