##### 80 Agency not to be sued
The Agency, a member or a person acting under the direction or authority of the Agency or a member is not liable to an action, suit or proceeding for or in relation to an act done or omitted to be done in good faith in exercise or purported exercise of any power or authority conferred by this Act.
