##### 57 Agency to provide, on request, advice on grievance and appeal rights (1) Where a Commonwealth employee requests the Agency for advice in relation to the employees’ rights in relation to a decision or action, the Agency shall inform the employee of any relevant right of review the employee may have in relation to the decision or action. (2) In subsection (1): > action has the same meaning as in Division 4. > decision has the same meaning as in Division 3. > relevant rights of review means a right: (a) to apply for review of a decision under Division 3; (b) to apply for an investigation of an action under Division 4; or (c) to appeal or apply to a Review Committee within the meaning of Division 2.
