##### 48 Persons who may apply to Agency
Where an enactment provides that an application may be made to the Agency for investigation of an action, the application may be made by:
(a) the Commonwealth employee in relation to whose employment the action was taken;
(b) an organisation within the meaning of the Workplace Relations Act 1996 that has been requested by the employee to make the application on behalf of the employee; or
(c) in a case where the employee has died—the legal personal representative of the employee.
