##### 37A Enactments to be laid before Parliament Where, in pursuance of subsection 15(1), section 21 or 26A, or subsection 39(1) or 47(1), an enactment (other than an Act) provides that: (a) certain appeals may be made to a Review Committee; or (b) applications may be made to the Agency for the review of certain decisions or the investigation of certain actions; and the enactment is not otherwise required to be laid before either House of the Parliament, the Minister shall cause the enactment to be laid before each House of the Parliament as soon as practicable after the enactment is made.
