##### 35A Establishment of other committees If: (a) the Secretary of a Department or the chief executive officer of a Commonwealth authority; and (b) the organisation that is, as provided by the regulations, the appropriate organisation; both request the Agency in writing to arrange for the performance of functions stated in the request in relation to matters so stated that: (c) affect the employment of Commonwealth employees by the Department or authority; and (d) relate to the administration of the Department or authority; the Agency may arrange for the establishment of a committee to perform those functions.
