##### 16 Disciplinary Appeal Committees
The Agency shall, from time to time, arrange for the establishment, in accordance with section 17, of such Disciplinary Appeal Committees as appear to it to be required for the purposes of Divisions 6 and 6A of Part III of the Public Service Act 1922.
