sec.62 Effect of review officer’s decision to make a cultural recognition order

If the review officer revokes the commissioner’s decision and makes a cultural recognition order— the reviewed decision is taken to be a decision of the commissioner; and the commissioner must give effect to the decision as if— the decision were the commissioner’s decision; and no application for internal review had been made.

(a) the reviewed decision is taken to be a decision of the commissioner; and
(b) the commissioner must give effect to the decision as if— (i) the decision were the commissioner’s decision; and (ii) no application for internal review had been made.
