sec.47 Application of division
This division applies if an applicant for a cultural recognition order is not able to make the application for the order with the consent of any of the following persons— a birth parent; a cultural parent; if the child has an other carer—the other carer.
- (a) a birth parent;
- (b) a cultural parent;
- (c) if the child has an other carer—the other carer.
