sec.46 Dealing with criminal history report

This section applies if the commissioner receives a report about a cultural parent’s criminal history. As soon as practicable after receiving the report the commissioner must give written notice to the cultural parent. The written notice must include a copy of the report and state— that the cultural parent may within 30 business days after receiving the notice give the commissioner information or documents about any information contained in the report; and that the cultural parent may request that the commissioner extend the period mentioned in paragraph (a) . If the cultural parent makes a request to extend the period mentioned in subsection (3) (a) , the commissioner may extend the period by notice given to the person. (sec.46-ssec.1) This section applies if the commissioner receives a report about a cultural parent’s criminal history.
