sec.16 Leave of absence
The Minister may approve a leave of absence for the commissioner. The Minister may appoint another person to act in the office of the commissioner during the leave of absence. Subsection (2) does not limit the Governor in Council’s power under the Acts Interpretation Act 1954 , section 25 (1) (b) (v) . (sec.16-ssec.1) The Minister may approve a leave of absence for the commissioner. (sec.16-ssec.2) The Minister may appoint another person to act in the office of the commissioner during the leave of absence. (sec.16-ssec.3) Subsection (2) does not limit the Governor in Council’s power under the Acts Interpretation Act 1954 , section 25 (1) (b) (v) .
