sec.108 Commissioner may make guidelines
The commissioner may make guidelines for matters within the scope of this Act to help compliance with this Act. The guidelines— must be consistent with this Act; and may include— procedures about how an application may be considered; and procedures for making cultural recognition orders; and procedures about internal reviews; and procedures about any other matter the commissioner considers relevant. The guidelines must be published on the department’s website. In this section— department’s website means a website, or part of a website— administered by the department; and with a URL that contains qld.gov.au. (sec.108-ssec.1) The commissioner may make guidelines for matters within the scope of this Act to help compliance with this Act. (sec.108-ssec.2) The guidelines— must be consistent with this Act; and may include— procedures about how an application may be considered; and procedures for making cultural recognition orders; and procedures about internal reviews; and procedures about any other matter the commissioner considers relevant. (sec.108-ssec.3) The guidelines must be published on the department’s website.
