sec.101 Definitions for part
In this part— confidential information — means the following information— personal information; information in relation to an Ailan Kastom child rearing practice that a person knows is of a secret or sacred nature; and does not include information that is lawfully available to the public. personal information see the Information Privacy Act 2009 , section 12 . sacred means sacred according to Ailan Kastom. secret means secret according to Ailan Kastom.
- (a) means the following information— (i) personal information; (ii) information in relation to an Ailan Kastom child rearing practice that a person knows is of a secret or sacred nature; and
- (i) personal information;
- (ii) information in relation to an Ailan Kastom child rearing practice that a person knows is of a secret or sacred nature; and
- (b) does not include information that is lawfully available to the public.
