In this part—

patient account—see section 33(3).

Patients Trust Fund, for a mental health facility, means the fund established by the responsible person for the mental health facility under section 33(1).

responsible person, for a mental health facility, means—

(a) for a declared mental health facility—the Secretary, and

(b) for a private mental health facility—the medical superintendent of the facility.
