For the Act, section 170, definition of corresponding law, the following laws and the regulations made under those laws are declared to be corresponding laws—
(a) the Mental Health Act 2015 of the Australian Capital Territory,
(b) the Mental Health Act 2016 of Queensland,
(c) the Public Health Act 2005 of Queensland, Chapter 4A,
(d) the Mental Health Act 2009 of South Australia,
(e) the Mental Health and Wellbeing Act 2022 of Victoria.
