For the Act, section 83(2), definition of psychosurgery, a neurological procedure carried out for treatment of the following is not included—

(a) Parkinson’s disease,

(b) Gilles de la Tourette syndrome,

(c) chronic tic disorder,

(d) tremor,

(e) dystonia,

(f) epilepsy.
