9 Ministerial control
(1) The Commission is subject to the direction and control of the Minister, except in relation to the preparation and contents of any plan or report prepared by the Commission.
(2) To avoid doubt, subsection (1) applies to the Commission in exercising functions under the Suicide Prevention Act 2025.
