95 What is a course of electroconvulsive treatment?

For the purposes of this Part, a course of electroconvulsive treatment means treatment specified by the Mental Health Tribunal in an order under this Part that is—

(a) up to 12 electroconvulsive treatments; and

(b) performed within a period of time that does not exceed 6 months.
