91 Giving informed consent to medical treatment
If a patient gives informed consent to medical treatment, the medical treatment may be given to the patient.
Patient is defined in section 3 to mean an assessment patient, a court assessment patient, a temporary treatment patient, a treatment patient, a security patient or a forensic patient.
